“AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ALLY!!!!!
Let's start with the fact we are not members of this credit union YET. We needed to have some documents notarized, they said there were more than happy to do so at no charge. We had a printed copy of the documents but they were not printed properly, we had used a printing service at another business and spent a fair amount of money for messed up documents. Ally said she could print the documents for us so my husband went out to the truck and got my laptop. Ally went through the 10 page document page by page to make sure it printed properly, she used the exact font and font size i had used, talk about attention to detail. We then signed the document and the had a witness that we needed to have. We will be pulling our accounts from our current credit union and switching over to this branch. We were very impressed with the service we received. It was if we were already members of their credit union. Thank you Ally and Brittany for the amazing service.”
