“Called Thursday afternoon and spoke with parts person. She explained that the computer system wasn’t working. She identified the requested part after looking it up by the VIN. She created an invoice by hand and placed the part aside on the invoice so I could drive the 100 miles on Friday to pick it up. The part and invoice were at the parts counter when I arrived on Friday. I have never had a better experience at an automotive dealership! Friendly and competent service!

“My teen was in a minor fender bender and the hood on her car would no longer pop open. I stopped in for a quote for how much it would cost to have their shop adjust it so it was safe and still able to be serviced. I told him I didn’t need it to be pretty. The employee helping me spent the next 15 minutes or so pulling the bent pieces back where they should be. The hood now opens and closes securely. I’m delighted that it was such a quick fix. These guys know their stuff. I now have a favorite body shop in Idaho Falls!”

I thought I was going to have to pay more for the added materials and labor but he handed me my keys and told me not to worry. Excellent work on my car as well. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you Tom.”

“This O'Reilly auto parts center is pretty good, the guys that work here are always super nice, my only thing I would say is depending on the issue there doesn't seem to be quite as much knowledge among the staff about cars as you might find in other locations, and sometimes I have to warranty the new parts I get (however to my understanding that's not a them thing) but either way the guys take good care of your purchase and the warranty is always easy to get done”

“Customer service is alive and well at the Rigby Carquest! Rodney and his team are so polite and knowledgeable! They won’t stop until they find you what you need. Whether it’s for a car or small engine, Rodney has always helped me find the parts I need. Most recently, he helped me find a radiator he needed for my truck. He did not have it in stock, but said the Advance Auto Parts in Idaho Falls did. When asked, he told me there is not an established delivery route between Rigby and IF. I stopped by his store about an hour later to pay for the radiator thinking I would have to drive down to town to pick it up, when it came walking in the door. I don’t know what deal Rodney had to swing to get that in for me today, but I sure am grateful. I highly recommend Rodney and the Rigby Carquest for all your automotive needs!”

He was not pushy The first time I came in, I told him I wasn’t ready to purchase that I just needed to look at some vehicles and he was very happy to show it to me about four weeks ago.
