“If you know what's good for you, and you're interested in a Honda, go to the Schaumburg dealership and ask for Kevin Hanson. Nice guy, very transparent, informative, and wants to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. Finance guy is also hilarious and made everything easy.

“The Countryside Enterprise location treated me extremely well. It was my 1st time booking through Expedia so I didn’t know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised to by the ease of the process. The entire rental and insurance was handled through Expedia so all I needed to bring was my DL and Debit card. They took a $300 deposit and I had to show the insurance documents. I worked with Daniel Burchsted who was quite literally the best Enterprise employee I’ve worked with! He was very helpful, prompt and knowledgeable. He ushered me to a brand new car, helped me set up Bluetooth, & did thorough inspection of the car with me. The whole process took about 10 minutes or less! This location also let me return the vehicle after hours in the Dropbox. All in 10/10 experience, I will be renting from the Countryside location again hopefully I’ll get to work with Daniel too.”

“The Lombard Enterprise location is our go to place for local car rentals. In the past we used miscellaneous car rentals n the area, but since Jacob has been the manager here we have had amazing service and don't think of going anywhere else. I have an issue with fragrances and somehow he manages every time to provide me with a car that has no air freshener smell. We are waited on quickly and courteously, unlike previous experiences. The cars are in great condition. We are hooked.”

“I searched for a 24 hour car rental and came across multiple rental agencies but chose to go with Alamo (Ohare Airport) location and they did not disappoint. I did everything online which was a breeze to navigate through. Reserved the type of car I wanted head out and to Alamo showed my license to a smiling representative and they directed me to a selection of clean ready to go SUV's. When I was done the return process was just as easy . Pull forward the attendant scanned the car in and said have a good evening and thank you for choosing the Alamo. That was the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had renting a car. Thank you Alamo!”

Came to Enterprise 2 minutes before closing they took all my reservations information and had a car available the next morning before opening. “The staff was great, no issues with picking up the vehicle or returning it. However, I cannot give 5 stars because the brakes were grinding and very loud. Upon returning the vehicle, I made sure the staff was aware of the bad brakes so they could get them repaired before renting to another customer. The staff was grateful for the information and promptly took care of the issue.”

“I needed a rental for a family outing. I made the reservation 2.5 weeks in advance. I rented a large suv that could seat 7 people. The day before the rental date I got a call for confirmation. When I went to pick up the rental they didn’t have a large suv available. They had a minivan available which I ended up taking and they dropped the price for my inconvenience but it was just frustrating since I made the reservation 2.5 weeks in advance.”
