Worked out well. My biggest worry when I rent-a-car is when I show up, there is a long line, and the line is not moving. Each person taking 20 minutes. That was not the case with Alamo. Amazing customer service and assistance by every employee we encountered in person at Ohare. Phone reservation encounter was less than ideal however.
