The process was smooth from start to finish, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They were professional, and truly made the rental experience stress-free. “This is the best shop in Chicago! I have taken my Mercrdes-Benz to this shop since I moved to the city in 2021 and have had excellent, knowledgeable service every single visit. Today was especially wonderful as I blew out a tire and had suspension damage in Evanston on Ridge Rd. constructuon and need to be back out on the road. In by 8 out by 1:30! Hooray!!”

“Pickup took a bit longer than expected; car promised drove away as I walked up to it! Replacement drove up 10 minutes later and I was good to go. What's the point of reserving a specific model car at a specific time if Alamo does not honor the reservation specifics?”

“We have repeatedly used this particular rental center and have always had the best of customer service. We have been happy with the personalized attention and the vehicles we rent. Never any issues with anything!!! This last trip coming home we actually had to use roadside assistance for the very first time. What could have been a very stressful situation........wasn't!!! What a very delightful experience dealing with that roadside company......and we were back on the road in no time. So for us, everyone involved in this latest trip........more than 5 stars!!! We will continue to use Avis in St. Charles, Illinois for any and all of our vehicle rentals.....Period!!!!!!!”

“Was very pleased with the customer service in this location. I was working with Kole and he was a really pleasant person and worked with me for a couple of hours trying to find me a van after a different location failed to provide one (and I made the reservation months ago). He called multiple locations and was really considerate of the situation. Thanks to him our family vacation went well.”

“My family and I had a wonderful experience with this enterprise branch. I especially would like to thank Antwon for his excellent customer service. I was running late for my drop off appointment that was on a Saturday. The appointment was for 12pm and my GPS had me arriving at 2pm. Mind you this particular enterprise is closed on Sunday so I was looking at a three day charge for a rental I no longer needed. I called enterprise and Antwon answered, he listened and told me that he would call me back. He went above and beyond and at the last minute was able to get my drop off appointment moved to 2pm. I made it there at 1:30 and was spared the 3 day charge that was staring down at me! The staff also calked me a on Monday to let me know that they found my daughter's lost book. Thank you Antwon for everything!”

“They were easy to work with and quite fast. When I need a rental vehicle, they can be counted on to provide one with no hassle and mostly reasonable policies. I don't love the toll pass pricing. I'd prefer if they charged based on usage rather than rental days. I passed on it for my last rental and took detours rather than pay for 7 days when I'd only actually be using it on 2 of them.”

“Vickie is very nice to deal with. Very focused on customer service and getting the customer into what they need. Very friendly and professional. I have used many different Avis locations in different states and the customer experience at this one is by far the best! Vickie also actually cleans the cars before handing them out which many other locations do not.”

“This was the first time my band rented a van through Bandago, for a one-week Midwest tour. It was easy to order, the pickup and drop-off processes were clear and easy, and the folks at the local office were pleasant and helpful. Also, the van was great and comfortable! Would definitely use Bandago moving forward.”

“Mike was awesome! He was extremely attentive and helpful. An SUV was not available, but he found me a vehicle that suited my needs with all the bells and whistles. He cleaned off the car for me as well, as it was snowing a bit. He contacted me a few days later to check my status and asked if I wanted to switch to a different car. I appreciated that and said I was content with the car I was provided. He also refunded my initial deposit in a timely manner over the phone, which put me at ease! Great customer service getting picked up at the body shop, and it was convenient being able to leave my car at the shop once i picked up my car. Thank you! I'll definitely be back!”

“I dont normally write reviews online let alone for a car rental company but i gotta give credit when credit is due. I've been renting from this location for quite a while now and I'm always satisfied with their service. On my last rental i requested a big SUV with a big cargo trunk for a family trip. I was originally given an Expedition, and i didnt really quite like how small the size of the back cargo is. Eddie came out to check up on me and ask me if theres a problem, when i told him i needed a bigger trunk cargo SUV, he immediately swapped the car with something more spacious. That right here is a great customer service. I will definitely use this place again and recommend it to the people i know.”
