She patiently walked us through the carpeting choices, allowed us to take many samples home, and she worked diligently to answer all of our questions. If she didn't know the answer, she made sure to do the research to find out. She never pressured us to make our decisions. We took our time, and we are pleased with our choice. Highly recommend.”

Performers was great during the whole project. We had a pipe break this past winter and our complete main level flooring in our house needed to be sanded, stained, and cleared. They kept us in the loop the duration of the project and finished it on time while we were out of town. All of our furniture was reinstalled in the exact same place we had it prior to the project. Well done.”

“I am SO happy with my experience with Thomas Tile. They recarpeted two large bedrooms, with complicated nooks and crannys and a very difficult stairway. The installer had to fit the low-pile carpet around 4 small metal balusters. This is difficult because the low-pile doesn't hide any misfits as a fluffier carpet will. There were no misfits! The salepersonpointed ponted out the difficulty from the beginning so there were no surprises. He was very helpful at every step. The installers were professional, pleasant, on time, and respectful of working the requirements of our condominium building. Excellent work at a reasonable price. All this is why I prefer to use a local provider rather than a national chain.”
