“If you find the right employee, they will make your visit worthwhile. My boyfriend and I were looking for a new sectional so we stopped at the RoomPlace. Upon first walking in, we were ambushed multiple times by the same woman. We made it very clear that if we need help we will find someone. She finally backed off and we went looking around. Brian Shay offered us help once and then walked away, giving us the space we needed. When we had questions, we were more willing to find Brian and ask him for help, as opposed to the woman who kept following us. He provided the information we needed and we went on our way. The next few days went by and I sent him an email. ON HIS DAY OFF, Brian replied to emails in a timely manner and was able to work with us to find what would get us the best deal.
