“I came in, just wanting to look at recliners, not knowing exactly what I wanted and what they offer on these recliners. As I was walking around, I was approached by an associated by the name of Kelly who directed me to where all the recliners are located. She asked me a few questions in regards to what I was looking for and the recliner and colors, materials, etc. I told her at that time, I was not sure so she took it upon herself to show me all that was available. Had me sit in various recliners and tell her what I thought of each one that I sat in. . She then left me and told me to experiment with whatever I wanted to and showed me the different points on the various recliners there and let me look without being disturbed. She came back. I told her what I was looking at and why and she pointed out if I had looked at these other recliners that were similar. We went around looking again. I was asking her questions and she was very knowledgeable and answered all of them.. I then found two recliners that I was really interested in but at that time I was not ready to buy because I was just starting to shop. She gave me her card. Told me that I could text or call to ask any questions or if I decided to purchase I left the star very satisfied with the attention I received from Kelly was not pressured rushed just made you feel relaxed. I called her a day or two later told her I was interested in the one recliner and then I would be in on a Tuesday to purchase. She was there there answered any questions I had went over warranties and and delivery. I purchased the recliner and left the store satisfied.. I was notified of the delivery process as Kelly had told me and now waiting for them to deliver it.. I’ve had a very positive experience with. I’ve had a very positive experience with Steinhoff and especially Kelly.”

“I love tjmaxx but for some reason It was my first time at Crystal Lake location, and OMG the decor for fall are amazing everything the clothes, but I was specifically trying to find something to decor my living room table and a Woman named Amy who works there was so sweet and amazing with her ideas she ended up helping me and picked cuttest decoration for my living room, she spended around 20 min helping me… it really meant a lot..❤️ Come to this store you wont be disappointed .”

“To start off, this place has a massive selection of customizable furniture. My wife and I never had adult furniture since moving into our new home a few years back and ended up finding a lovely bedroom set. Delivery and wait times were quick, we were told 4-6 weeks but had received our items in the third week of waiting. The furniture we received were high quality and durable wood, however we did have an issue with one of the soft close drawers located at the foot of the bed. This is where I want to stress that no matter how good custom furniture is, sometimes they can come in damaged in transit. We notified their store and Kimberly immediately ordered us a new bedframe drawer. Upon waiting some more, Brad (the owner) came out himself to replace the damaged drawer with the newly arrived drawer but noticed the new drawer was not sitting the way it should. He immediately told me that he will order a new set altogether to ensure flush fitment for the drawers by the bottom of our feet. Both Brad and Kimberly have been quick to respond throughout all of these issues and I have been highly impressed by their customer service attitude in order to make things right with our purchase. As a consumer purchasing a product from any store, you may encounter issues, that's just life. However, the customer service will be the one thing that separates stores from being just ok to being great.”

“This was a great experience from start to finish. The concept is fantastic. No employees in the store. You just go in and look and can try out the mattresses. I called and again, absolutely no pressure at all. I called again to actually order and it was simple. Friendly and kind employees with great customer service skills. “We started shopping at target exclusively six months ago or so and couldn’t believe how much better they are on quality and price. They curate their products very well so it’s easy to make a choice as to what to buy. Good and gather brand eggs are $1.69 a dozen! And they taste great! If you have been wondering like us why eggs elsewhere taste really weird and disgusting, you’re not alone. If target keeps doing things this way, we will be customers for life. We save tons of money and find everything we are looking for 99% of the time. Once in awhile they are sold out of things we like but it’s not too often and we don’t like shopping elsewhere. I have noticed the crystal lake target getting busier each time we go there so I know we aren’t alone. In not sure why other stores aren’t as good as target but they should observe how it’s done at target. Couldn’t be happier with the products, prices and people there. Someone knows what they are doing and is doing it very well.”
