Goodwill Industries of Northern Illinois offers a variety of items, including a great clothing section and electronics. Customers have found good deals, such as a fully working PS5 in excellent condition for $130. The store is appreciated for its helpful and friendly staff, making shopping a pleasant experience. While the selection may vary and some find the location less exciting, the staff's kindness stands out. Prices are considered decent, and shoppers can find items like summer shorts and floral shirts at half price. However, some concerns include high-security restroom access, which has been restricted since Covid, and a desire for better quality donations. Overall, it’s a reputable store with helpful employees and good deals.

I love Goodwill! I can usually find clothes or home items here. My only complaint is they have really upped their prices! Everything is donated and I have seen items with tags cheaper at retail stores. Doesn't are sense, and they won't price match, I've asked.

Good time shopping on a gloomy day. I like old school looking stuff.
