“Today I stopped in bc I was actually looking for the at and t store.. and let me tell you the guy was so incredibly sweet!!!!!’ He literally went above and beyond by even asking if I needed to use the phone.. and I told him about my horrible experience with at and t and he said I should come back! Lol I really should bc after going to the at and t store across the street it was a nightmare. Wish I still had T-Mobile. Always had such amazing service here. Thank you so much. “I stopped by the Xfinity store in the Algonquin Commons as I needed help removing some services from my plan.
Lorenzo was the one who greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked how he could help.
Lorenzo was really nice, polite and super thorough in explaining how to change the plan. He answered all my questions patiently.
I left with a new plan that has better benefits and costs way less!
I am super happy with my experience at this Xfinity store and will frequent this location for any help I may need in the future!
