“I went to T-Mobile to have my new work phone activated and transfer all contacts,
my company sent me there to do this.
I arrived first thing on a Saturday, the door was opened by the associate which later I learned her name was Marium R.
I asked her if she could transfer everything and activate she said she would be able to do while I wait, we sit down at the table and she proceeded to activate and transfered all the info, while doing that, she was very friendly talkative and very nice once everything was done, I asked if she could also setup my call forwarding, she said no problem and it was done i need to add that I bought a case and a screen protector which she installed for me. Marium was awesome , very professional , very friendly , and a real joy to talk with. Because of this service that I received from her I will be opening a T-Mobile account when it's time, the provider I use for my personal phone now for 5-7 years has Never provided, last year I went in to buy a new phone all they did was activate with my same number and gave me instructions on how to do it all myself which took me two days, Never Again will I ever use them. “My experience today with this store was awesome! I’ve recently had some operations so walk with a cane. I had three pieces of Comcast equipment to return which was pretty heavy in a large bag. They saw me approaching the store and literally ran to open both entrance doors for me. They took the bag and offered me to just sit and they would take care of everything which they quickly did, informed me I was given credit for each and gave me a receipt. GREAT Store! 5 Stars!”
