“This store has helped me so much. Roman and Susie are the best and I appreciate everything they have done for me. I had an issue with my delivery and I contact Customer Service the experience let’s just say was dissatisfying. I was closed to canceling my whole order until I contact the store for additional information. “I shopped at Hobby Lobby for a custom sized mat for a print. The young girl at the frame department helped me out from matching the color of the mat to the exact measurements needed. My mat was done in 2 days, and it turned out great. The store is clean and organized, and the staff was helpful. I recommend this Hobby Lobby”
“If you find the right employee, they will make your visit worthwhile. My boyfriend and I were looking for a new sectional so we stopped at the RoomPlace. Upon first walking in, we were ambushed multiple times by the same woman. We made it very clear that if we need help we will find someone. She finally backed off and we went looking around. Brian Shay offered us help once and then walked away, giving us the space we needed. When we had questions, we were more willing to find Brian and ask him for help, as opposed to the woman who kept following us. He provided the information we needed and we went on our way. The next few days went by and I sent him an email. ON HIS DAY OFF, Brian replied to emails in a timely manner and was able to work with us to find what would get us the best deal. We really appreciate Brian's help and look forward to speaking with him again when we are ready to purchase more furniture.”
