“I was looking for shoes for an October wedding. The selection on heels was limited, but there were a lot of different kinds of shoes in the clearance section. The sales associate was really helpful and professional. I went to many (7-ish) stores today, and this was the only store that greeted me very nicely at the door.”

“I recently lost weight and I went to Loft to find some fun things for the holidays. My clerk was Cat and she was amazing! She helped me with sizing and finding things in store that I appreciated and working with me during the checkout process. She is the best! I am definitely going to be shopping at Loft more often.”
“This is a normal looking Carters store. There is lots to choose from. I was looking for a white sweater for a toddler but the one they had was too heavy. They did have a good deal on the sleeveless onesies I was looking for. There were lots of cute options.
The sales staff was very friendly.
My only complaint is that they will mark something on sale but you have no idea if it is a whole section or above or below the sign. When I’m shopping I don’t want to have to buy the sales staff for these things. I feel it should be apparent what the sign is referring to.”
“Bought an item not long ago, walked in to the store trying to see if i can return or exchange or get a store credit but one employee i spoked to wasn’t able to help me without my receipt. So i left and went home. Called nordstrom customer care service & called the store… i spoke to an employee by the name of Felicia S. I assumed she was the manager. Told me and explained to me a different ways on how she can help me locate my receipt. And so i went back to the store, spoke with Felicia S, and she was able to give me a gift card for my return which now i will use to make an online purchase instead from the nordstrom website… i appreciate how Felicia S, was able to help me and made my day…. Thank you.”
