“I had damage to my vehicle on the rear end and was of course upset. I through my insurance brought my vehicle to the Crash Champions location in Alsip. From the start both Caleb and Cecilia were AWSEOME and worked with me and my insurance to insure that I was able to check my vehicle in in a timely manner. They were very reassuring and I got frequent text updates all along the way which eased my nerves lol as well as always were willing to answer any questions I had. Now as far as my vehicle is concerned when I came to pick it up the day they called to let me know she was ready as I pulled up it was outside and I IMMEDIATELY noticed that the damage was nonexistent and it looked as great as it did before the accident. Both inside and out I could tell that the Crash Champs team not only did an exceptional job for the damage on my car but they also took GREAT CARE with my car otherwise. I am very please with the entire team from the front desk to the guys that in the garage took care of my baby....I mean my car lol thank you so much again Crash CHAMPS.
