“I came in with a totally busted serpentine belt—my car was smoking and smelled like burnt rubber, and I was completely freaked out—but Bryan and Connor were able to take care of it for me. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and pointed out a couple of things that were going to cause me issues soon.
