“I had problems printing the coupon, yet they believed me and gave me the discount. They also told me to fill my anti-freeze tank, ( they did give me some to help me), and they were unable to give me some wiper fluid, due to their machine/ tank or hose not working properly.But I immediately stopped at a store after my car was serviced and bought a bottle of wiper fluid. I would like to say the service was VERY EXCELLENT or better than any other Jiffy Lube service I have gotten in the last 30 plus years, whether in Chicago or elsewhere. I have had some bad experiences at various Jiffy Lube locations, including leaving 2-3 the Jiffy Lubes before any service was performed, due to them wanting to charge me MORE than other Jiffy Lubes....I would give this Jiffy Lube 10 stars......”

“Great service for air bag replacement! Napleton ford was the only location that offered a pick up and drop off service to replace my air bags that were defective. The communication was great and i received text throughout the replacement. They said it would be done in hours, and it was! Bill the service manager was polite and stayed in contact with me as well.
