Had a box a few years, moved out of the area, cancelled my mailbox. Even though I contacted all vendors and people that would mail me anything, some continued to show up at Lockbox. Since not a huge corporate place Jackie called me when a wedding invitation showed up more than 1 month after I was no longer a customer. That's great customer service, thanks to Jackie.. If you're in the area and looking for a mailbox with a street address not a PO BOX, I highly recommend.”

“I created an online order for printing materials for work. The process to create and upload the documents was straightforward and easy for me to complete online. I chose a noon pick up but time got away from me and I came to the store around 8:10pm. I didn’t know the store was closed!! I thought it closed at 9pm and I was devastated because I literally needed this in order to do a workshop the next day. Matt the angel opened the door and after sharing my story and how much trouble I’d be in he saved the day and gave me the documents, perfectly printed by the way, and my job was saved! “Everytime I come by here there is a driver abusing the equipment on their docks. The training these guy recieve is terrible and it is very evident.The guy ramming the fence and trailers into trailers is doing a decent job now. Definitely need to invest in a short yard dog though would save a lot in damaged trailers and time.”

They never rush me or act impatient. They are fantastic; especially the lead person. I'll have to get her name. She's very quick and on top of everything going on.”
