Great customer service Chuck assisted 3 mandatory upgrades at one time. Was very knowledgeable on why Boost customers with 3G service needed the required free upgrade. He did not try to sell any plans or accessories for the phone. Handled it like a Boss. Made it very easy and I actually love my new phone.
