“The man running it is fantastic! I scheduled an appointment to replace my phone screen. He ordered the screen and had everything finished when he said and as price quoted. Great service and friendly. 100% recommend! Thanks again for a job well done!”

“I had been with T-mobil for 16 years and was hesitant to switch. I was paying over $300 a month for 2 people and no new phones. Decided to go into this store just to see. I worked with Reagan there and she ended up getting me a new phone and $150 cheaper bill. I thought it would end up going up and it was too good to be true. I am 4 months in and my bill has not changed. In today's economy we need to save where ever possible. I amd OVERLY happy with my choice to switch to Verizon! FANTASTIC customer service in store and fantastic service!”

“Cody was amazing! I went in with my older mother and he always let her finish her sentences and was very calm and respectful responding even to the questions that seemed ridiculous. He is very personable and makes it seem like every customer he meets is his friend and I hope to see him again :)”

“I can honestly say this Alton location has completely changed since Tyler took over as manager. The improvements are hard to even put into words. The customer service, atmosphere, and overall experience are on a completely different level now. This is the only store I’ll come to anymore. Last week I had an issue where one of the employees, Makayla, added a new line to my account but didn’t put it on the same plan as the rest of my lines, which made my bill way higher than normal. Thankfully, I came in while Tyler was working and he immediately fixed the issue with no hassle at all and apologized for his employees mess up. That level of customer service is rare nowadays and it’s very appreciated. We used to avoid this store completely and drive to the Wood River location instead, but now it’s the exact opposite. As long as Tyler is leading this store, you guys will continue to have my business and support. Huge respect to him for turning this place around.”

“I'm loving my new hometown Target. The layout is a lot different from my old big city Target, but I'm adjusting to the flow. The staff here is also more down to earth and friendly. Just walking through the store, whenever I pass an associate, they all speak and ask if I am finding everything I am looking for or need. It is obvious, the management here is focused on customer service and has trained their staff well. As others have commented, this store is always clean and well organized. Having just moved into a new house, I am making numerous runs to this Target. I am amazed at the things I didn't need in my old house, I now need in my new house. Best of all, they have a spot where you can take a selfie with the Target Dog. My big city store didn't have that. Small town Targets, rock. When: Very Often Why: New home owner, I need stuff.”
