First time at this branch as my bank on Washington closed. Booo! At any rate, Ms. Joanne was so helpful!!! She opened a new savings account for me and now I'm making 3.5% interest on my savings where as before I was making 0! Best experience ever!!! Thank you so much!!

I have been banking with US Bank for over a dozen years, first in Wisconsin and then in Godfrey, Illinois. In both locations the bank’s staff has been efficient and helpful throughout this entire period of time.The hard working staff at both branches should be commended for their hard work and dedication!
