“I stayed here for one night to save on my trip across town for a convention. The rooms were okay but nothing over the top. You can tell that they upgrading the hotel. The hallway to my room could have used some love and your room key should open all exterior doors but mine did not open the D door which is where I parked. The D door had to be pulled closed or anyone could just walk in. I did let the person working the counter know about this and they said the doors are being replaced.”

“Warm and cozy place for a cold Chicago layover. Rooms looked clean. Great hot breakfast.
Taking a star off bc they must only have one shuttle driver. Called for airport pick up 9 PM and was told the driver was unable and would be clocking out soon (10PM). Then next morning at check out, driver was unavailable again due to lunch break, prescheduled drop and pick ups. Sat in the lobby for 2.5 hours waiting on the shuttle.”

From day one, he has provided white-glove service simply by being himself, professional, personable, and genuinely welcoming. He treats guests with care and respect, making you feel more like a valued regular than just another reservation.
