“I came into the Arlington Heights store a bit nervous because I haven’t been into a store in years but as soon as I opened the door, I was greeted by Brittney. She took her time and was so helpful. I didn’t feel like she was trying to force products on me but she explained what I have and compared it with AT&T I did end up switching my home service but it was well worth it and I only came in to get a new phone but I appreciate the time she spent with me and made me feel like a person and not a quick sale. Thank you so much Brittney!”

“Andy Kraft was knowledgeable and nice and quick to answer all our questions and professional to boot. He fixed everything (hopefully) that the Kildeer location messed up with. To much to mention but do yourself a favor and do not step foot into the Kildeer IL location.
This location in Arlington Heights was night and day better. Been with Comcast since 1989 (36 years) and had my share of complete nightmares with this company but Andy I believe might have just changed that ! Thx Andy for being so cool !”
