She was absolutely amazing with my 3 year old, which made the session and the photos come out stunning! She really took her time and really knew all the cute poses and shots to get! She was very personable, I’m was glad to have gotten the session with her! After the shoot, the amazing customer service continued when picking out my photos til I made my purchase! Casey helped me out with understanding the different photo packages and with a seamless purchase. Overall a great experience! Thanks guys!”

“I’ve always received the best childrens attire gifts from here. Such beautiful, well-made and designed clothes. I actually like that they don’t have a dressing room. Dressing rooms get so messy especially with kids. Their sizing is accurate anyway, and they have a decent window of time for returns if the size doesn’t work out. The sales associate was very helpful even checking other locations when I found items I liked but were not the size I required. I had such a pleasant experience and am tired of online shopping. It felt good to get out to an actual store. The store is small but not overly crowded or overwhelming like department stores can be.”

“This is by far my favorite store at the outlet mall for kids clothes. Though they don't have the greatest selection when you find stuff on sale here it is extremely, extremely affordable. The quality of clothes is top notch and they have great outfits for boys and girls that are extremely cute. Sometimes the whole store is $12.99 or less and that includes everything from jackets to dresses to shoes etc. Too bad more people don't know that you can get way nicer clothes and cheaper than even Walmart. Typically you can buy nice high-quality jeans for $10 or less which you can't do anywhere else. And as an extra special you get Gymboree bucks that are good for future purchases which will save you another $25 when you spend $50. Again I love this store and they have a very friendly staff ( except Rosa who is rude as noted by others) for the most part. It is a little cluttered inside, but it's well worth it.”

“Christopher was great! Love this store. It's packed with deals and great quality denim. Worth a stop if you're at the mall. They do only carry up to size 34, or about a 14, and you can always order 36 or 38 online. Very attentive staff and clean dressing rooms.”

“I have been coming to the Chicago Premium Outlets for years. Always loved the large selection of retailers, and even more with the expansion they've done in the last few years. The only down side is limited restrooms (I believe due to COVID) and parking. If you come on a weekend just prepare yourself for long waits either looking for parking or entering certain stores like Nike or Adidas. Other than that, the facility is really nice, open air and plenty of discounts throughout the year.”

“I came here twice in one day to explore the sales bargains that they had on offer. There was quite a choice which was great. I ended up buying a number of heavily discounted items which was fantastic. Also the help and service provided by the staff was excellent. One young man had a particularly good understanding for what I was looking for and helped me to add to my purchases. Such a shame that they didn't spray the store with their delicious "Fierce" eau de toilette any more. Is that a thing of the past?”
