Showed up promptly and got started looking into what was wrong. My only concern was that they quoted full replacement of whole system without seeing if anything could be salvaged. Finished in a timely manner and cleaned up well.

Very professional! The simple repair ended up not being as simple as hoped (dealing with 50 year old pipes), but they explained everything and got the job done.
