“I had an amazing experience with this auto body shop, and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did on my BMW X3. From start to finish, the quality of the repair was excellent, and the entire process was handled professionally.
Jim and Bianca were especially great to work with. They communicated clearly throughout the process, kept me informed, and, most importantly, they genuinely advocated for me as the customer. They repeatedly pushed back on Farmers Insurance to make sure my BMW was repaired correctly and properly—not simply repaired using the cheapest option the insurance company wanted.
It was reassuring to know that someone was looking out for the quality and safety of the repair rather than just trying to get the car out the door. The finished work looks fantastic, and I have complete confidence in the repair.
If you need body work done, I highly recommend this shop. Jim and Bianca provide the kind of customer service and attention to detail that is becoming increasingly hard to find. Five stars all around!”

Even though they didn't have the exact car I was looking for on the lot, my salesman, Rubio, went above and beyond to find the exact Charger I wanted. He kept me updated through the entire process, communicated clearly about when to expect delivery, and went out of his way to pick me up when the car arrived. The entire buying process was incredibly easy. I highly recommend this dealership, and if you go, definitely ask for Rubio!”

“Andy is very knowledgeable and solved a problem 4 other shops with the truck for over 7 months couldn't figure out. 2000 Chevy pickup was a problem for 2 GM dealerships, mom and pop shop, and another mid tier place. Not for Andy. Just skip the stealerships, skip the run around and go to Andy.”
“Emailed them to see if they are able to repair a kia EV, got a reply shortly after, emailed them a couple photos
Came by for an estimate, set up an appointment to drop off the car, they are two weeks out and was told it can be done in two weeks
A week before the scheduled appointment, they called me to remind of the appointment
Dropped off the car the night before, next day at 9am my app already showed they took my car inside the shop! (this is amazing! Of my other accident at other shop, it took them 3-4 days after I dropped off the car before they even moved my car lol)
My car was inside the shop whole day, the next day they called me told me they took my car apart did a full inspection, needed more parts, ordered, still looking at two weeks
On the Friday of the second week they called let me know they have found additional parts needed to order
Following Friday, called me, told me they are only waiting on one part that comes to find out after calling many places, kia part is out of order but finally find a place that carry it
The fourth friday, finally everything is set!
In all, they were very professional, and kept me up to date. They even clean my car inside…would for sure come back again well lets’ hope not lol”

Recently I brought my black Maserati Granturismo to them for some paint touch up. There was a little hiccup and Olaf the owner and I came to a friendly solution and talked it over. “D&R Auto body was the shop referred to me by the insurance company of someone who hit me. I dropped my car off on Monday 7/21/25 and the repair was finished on Tuesday 7/29/25. They completed the work very fast. The staff were friendly and helpful from my very first call with them, and all the way through the process. Drop off and pick up were simple and easy. As you can see in the pictures, they did a great job restoring my vehicle. Thank you.
My one critique is (and I know this is common with body shops), my passenger seat is a little dirty. It was the front passenger door that needed to be fixed. So I'm assuming this is where the technician was sitting or had his tools sitting. It's not horrible, and I can clean it up with a little soap and water. But I wish they would've taken a bit more care to ensure the seat was cleaned after the repair.”

Great service, price, extremely fast turnaround time.
Called around to some of the bigger shops and they couldn’t get the Jeep in for a few months. Called him up and it was in the next day. One week later I picked it up looking perfect.

“For it being my first accident I didn’t have much knowledge of anything but with a little help from everyone at Gerber my civic looks brand new Jacob goes through everything that needs repair and will answer any questions you ask. Also he goes over everything he’s repaired at the end when you go to pick up your car which is very helpful. Couldn’t be happier with the repairs and a huge thank you to the team getting it done a couple days before the estimated date and time.”

What a GREAT experience, from the beginning with Frank giving the estimate to Kaden running the claim. My car had $8K in damage.
The repair was on the front end of my car and was complete in under 2 weeks which was shorter than the time estimate.
The final product looked amazing.
