“Someone hit my rear bumper so their insurance recommended this place. This place is actually called Crash Champions. Located by Naperville North High School, this spot is in a convenient spot with not too much traffic.It was easy to get an estimate, appointment, schedule, and I got updates by text on how repairs were going along with an estimated date of completion. I was able to get a rental car pickup here.When I picked up my car, my battery unfortunately died so I asked for a jump. Very glad someone was around to help with that! The repairs were perfect and everything was detailed in a document. This is how a body shop should be!”

“Searching for a specific vehicle I found that the Patrick Cars of Naperville had it in stock. Being from NY I was extremely detailed in what I was looking for and wanted to make sure that there would be no surprises upon arrival. Jose was my salesman and did an excellent job getting back to me with every question I had. From pictures to videos and extra test drives with specific instructions and all the paperwork that he made the purchase easy and comfortable. When I got to the dealership there was an issue that occurred during the test drive no fault of Jose's or Patrick cars but just the nature of buying a used vehicle. The service they provided was more than fair and the dropped everything they were doing to make it right. Nick and Jose were extremely upset with what had unfolded and I told them I don't make my determination on the issue; I make it on how its fixed. They did everything and more within their power to make it right and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy new or used, local or not.”

“I’m not sure what’s with all these negative @$$ reviews! I had my appointment set for today, and it went great! Sure, there was a small wait to be checked in, but they had A LOT of cars to do, and they were a bit short on staff. I’m patient, and my car was done beautifully, and in a timely manner considering the amount of work they had to do. Staff was friendly and professional as well! The tech even put my oil change sticker back on, and put new stickies on my I-PASS! All in all, I’d definitely recommend this place!”
