“My car was hit by road debris and I needed to get the hood and bumper repaired. I did some research and decided to have it fixed at O'Hare Accurate Auto Body. They submitted all the necessary paperwork though my auto insurance and kept us well informed on the repair status. I can usually notice small imperfections and I can say that they did a professional job in matching the paint and fixing every small issue from this accident. I will definitely use this shop for any future repairs.”

“I used them last year on one of my cars and they did a wonderful job, on time and on budget. Everything was fitted properly and all paint matched. Mechanical repairs were perfect as well. Now I went to them for an estimate on my other car and their bid came in $700 lower than the next lowest. Given my previous experience it is a no-brainer to use them again. Mark is a straight shooter and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend this shop.”

“Andy is very knowledgeable and solved a problem 4 other shops with the truck for over 7 months couldn't figure out. 2000 Chevy pickup was a problem for 2 GM dealerships, mom and pop shop, and another mid tier place. Not for Andy. Just skip the stealerships, skip the run around and go to Andy.”

“My service advisor, Dan St. Denis, made the whole process smooth and kept me informed every step of the way as my car was repaired. He went above and beyond by retrieving something I had left in the rental car after I returned it and stayed after his contracted hours for me to pick it up. Now that’s customer service!”
“Emailed them to see if they are able to repair a kia EV, got a reply shortly after, emailed them a couple photos
Came by for an estimate, set up an appointment to drop off the car, they are two weeks out and was told it can be done in two weeks
A week before the scheduled appointment, they called me to remind of the appointment
Dropped off the car the night before, next day at 9am my app already showed they took my car inside the shop! (this is amazing! Of my other accident at other shop, it took them 3-4 days after I dropped off the car before they even moved my car lol)
My car was inside the shop whole day, the next day they called me told me they took my car apart did a full inspection, needed more parts, ordered, still looking at two weeks
On the Friday of the second week they called let me know they have found additional parts needed to order
Following Friday, called me, told me they are only waiting on one part that comes to find out after calling many places, kia part is out of order but finally find a place that carry it
The fourth friday, finally everything is set!
In all, they were very professional, and kept me up to date. They even clean my car inside…would for sure come back again well lets’ hope not lol”

Recently I brought my black Maserati Granturismo to them for some paint touch up. There was a little hiccup and Olaf the owner and I came to a friendly solution and talked it over. “Some guy rear-ended me and his insurance company pointed me to D&R Autobody and I'm thankful that they did. Although the damage to my 2024 Kia Forte GT was very minor, it was still noticeable (especially to me). I dropped my car off on a Monday and it was fixed and ready to go Wednesday. The repair was flawless and they even did a great job matching my tricky pearl white paint color. It looks like nothing ever happened. Don (the owner) and Ashley were very pleasant to talk to and work with and they kept me at ease all throughout the process. When the insurance company's estimate turned out to be too low, D&R did all the work to get the additional money from them and I didn't have to pay a dime. I'm a little obsessive about the condition of my car and I think they picked up on that. They were very considerate about keeping my car clean and I'm happy to say that it's just like new again. I can strongly recommend D&R if you need body work. You'll be glad you chose them.”

Called around to some of the bigger shops and they couldn’t get the Jeep in for a few months. Called him up and it was in the next day. One week later I picked it up looking perfect.

“This Gerber team at this shop is exceptional: Klaudia, Jake, and Don. They helped me through a very difficult, stressful time with my Volkswagen Tiguan that was damaged by a U-Haul. They answered all of my questions numerous times throughout the entire process. They patiently waited until I had communication from U-Haul in getting the repairs completed. Truly, this shop has an amazing team that can be trusted to help you through the entire process of dealing with insurance, etc. and getting the car repaired completely. I can't even tell it was ever damaged! It looks beautiful again! Very grateful to them all for taking such good care of me and my car :) <3 Great communication too!!!”

“This Caliber Collision location truly exceeded my expectations! After my very first car accident, I was honestly nervous about the whole process and having to grow through this again. But they made it the best experience possible. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and took the time to explain all the paperwork clearly.
My car was repaired in just 4 days! (Granted the damage wasnt super bad) and to my surprise, it was detailed inside and out—it looked brand new! ?They even made the rental process seamless. Enterprise picked me up right from Caliber Collision, and setting up the rental was quick and easy.
