Made a reservation 5 days in advance and showed up to the location and I didnt have a truck! In fact there were no trucks at all! Called around to other locations and no one had a truck! My one way move was only saved by uhaul.

Potential cyber attack on your rental order. I got a fraud charge during my rental while traveling Quebec Canada. Customer service is very rude when I call back.

Rented a car online. Arrive to the location for pick up and no available car. The man behind the desk was rude, unprofessional and didn't offer any solution other than come back or get a vehicle they have available and pay the difference. Will never use this location. It's a dump.
