Chase Bank is a very busy location, especially on Friday afternoons, but the staff manages the waits well. The interior features a modern style with comfortable seating. The tellers and bankers are consistently described as kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Staff members are noted for going above and beyond, offering thorough follow-up on questions and efficiently resolving issues for customers, which has led to high satisfaction. However, the location has some drawbacks. The driving lane is narrow and there is insufficient parking for the volume of customers. At least one ATM is regularly out-of-service or has functional issues, such as being unable to print receipts or accept cash, which adds to wait times for drive-up service. Additionally, the layout can be confusing for first-time customers, with a suggestion that clearer signage would be helpful. Despite these physical shortcomings, the excellent service from the staff makes it a preferred location for many.
This place so genuinely sucks. The atms have like a 50% success rate of being functional and the door lock has been broken foreverrr. There’s like nothing efficient about this place at all.

Employees are very nice and helpful. If only the ATMs actually worked most of the time, but they don’t somehow, they really don’t want to hold your money ha ha.

Drive up ATMs at this branch NEVER work when using contactless, and the walk-up ATM in the vestibule requires a debit card swipe (again, not contactless) for entry. People rarely carry a physical debit card anymore. Why are the other area branches better equipped with this technology, but not this one?
