“I chose this bank instead of a larger chain bank. The people are way friendly and they seem to make you feel like you actually matter and I didn't get that at a larger chain bank. I moved away from the right down the street from the branch location I was at and will drive the over 30 minutes to get to my branch I had. I hear there is a newer branch opening up near me...however not sure exactly where that is. But like this bank and feel like they actually do what they can for customers.”

“Fifth Third Bank is a Really Good Bank I suggest you try being a banker with the franchise, there have a fulfilling team ready to care for you and help you with anything related to your account either you have money $1,000,000 that you want to quickly just leave in your Banking account just call the bank and they could just help you out easily and without any trouble I have sometimes changed my pin on my card for fraud reason's as well whenever I get the card by my hand I'm able to just type in my pin number and I instantly get it back to me without anyone in the bank trying to help me out with a change or some sort while being at the fifth third bank i recommend you click on the website and follow the policy guidelines when trying to open a brand new account with Fifth Third bank you can make any changes with an Account through the Cellphone when you Call or Walk in's are fine too!. That's a sensible idea with banking with such a globalized center!.”

“I have a personal and a business checking account here, and it is a good place to have both. The business account is $15/month with no minimum balance...worth it to accept checks in my business name. The tellers are nice, and I am able to go in and do my business without hassle or long wait times. I had an issue with my debit card not being sent to the correct address, and they were more than accommodating. If you are looking for a regional bank, this is a good choice. *EDIT 6/30/15* I had a fee added onto my account and they were very helpful in explaining everything. Good business practices. Upgrade to 5 stars!”
