“Mike Barcal saved me! I had ordered a Kohler tub from a big box store a month prior and was told that the shipping was delayed but they could not give me a new delivery date. I had already scheduled my contractor and they were waiting for 2 days prior to me contacting Studio 41. Mike was able to place my order AND have it available next day. Talk about a miracle worker! His positivity, empathy, and sure knowledge of product allowed me to rid my panic and the job went on as scheduled. I highly recommend Mike!”

“Cannot say enough fabulous things! Working with Yvonne and getting all future project guidance and materials here! My partner and I recently spent an afternoon at ProSource looking for better options for an upcoming bathroom renovation. Everything from the big box stores was…..basic at best and tacky at worst. There was no design support, we were overwhelmed and lost. But coming to ProSource and working with one of their sales associates Yvonne, we couldn’t be happier! She helped direct our vision to a new level, she helped consult to keep us in budget but elevate this project from something we were dreading to something we can’t wait to see executed!”

“Trish was amazing to work with. With a background in Design I know I can be a little more particular so I was lucky to fall upon Trish. I felt 100% comfortable with her expertise & suggestions. I was only doing a partial renovation but the vanity & tower changed the whole look of the room without a full remodel. I was able to incorporated a custom shelf above the toilet to match the wood species of the vanity.”

“Fabulous work! Not only did they replace my countertop with a beautiful new one, but when I got a chip in it washing a heavy pan they came out and patched it for me. I can't even tell where it is now. The process to choose and order was simple and they were in and out installing in half a day. On top of that, they replaced my carpeting as well. Great prices and service that makes me wish they did more things I needed just so I could use them again. Absolutely going to recommend to anyone in need.”

“I wanted to buy a Razor electric dirt bike for my grandson. The bikes are available online, but need to be assembled. I contacted Lowe's and spoke with Jasmine. The level of customer service from Jasmine and her team was exceptional. She ordered the bike and kept in contact to let me know when it arrived at the store and when assembly was completed. She even arranged to have the bike kept in the customer service department until I was ready to pick it up so it would not get scratched. Jasmine and her team were amazing! If you are looking for a bike, I highly recommend Lowe's.”

“Needed an item off the top rack and Malique and Alex were very nice and helpful getting it down for us. These 2 young men made our shopping experience an absolute pleasure. I wish more people were as polite and helpful at other stores. We will definitely be back to this store even tho its a bit of a drive. 10/10 experience shopping here.”

“There is a greeter as you enter where you can find what you want by asking right when you enter. The selection is quite extensive with different price points. I will definitely return when I am in the market for a new product.”
