“This was such a memorable experience with Liz and Justin. These two work very well together and create a personable environment. Originally my fiance and I were going to Kay's to purchase bands however we are glad they were under construction. Zales was located right next door and this was a Godsent. Liz took her time and seemed really invested in assisting us with our individual choices. Justin had great insights and made suggestions while Liz took kind care of us. Being so impressed with their guest service (cause I felt like a guest in their space, not just a customer) we each decided to buy additional pieces of jewelry, him an upgraded necklace and charm and an anklet for myself. Being aware of the additional savings and Liz being transparent about final costs out the door made the purchase seamless.
What I truly appreciate is the communication and care. Liz advised that we would receive custom engraving and made an appt for us to come back to service our jewelry per the warranty. Icing on the cake, they cleaned my ring and my fiance's earrings while we were there. Now this is five star service and it was worth the commute from Chicago!
We will be back to this location to seek out all our jewelry desires!”
