“Incredible customer service! Opted for email Christmas gift card for my wife. Sales person said she would drop off a nicer gift card tonight than the email version. She said the nicer gift certificate wouldn't arrive by mail for Christmas! It reminds me when I was young and door to door sales were popular. My father had ordered some combs and hair brushes for my mom for Christmas. The salesman delivered them on Christmas Eve because he knew they were Christmas presents. He was in his 60's and his wife had died that morning. Granted the gift certificate drop off is not as dramatic. But the thoughtfulness, customer care, and going the extra mile is the same. “I went in one night in desperate need of a dress for a wedding in two days. Kali (sorry if that's spelled wrong) immediately came up to me and began assisting me. Another sales consultant, Kaitlin (again sorry if that's spelled wrong) also assisted. These ladies were so incredibly helpful in putting together a full outfit. They dressed me from head to toe in a dress, shoes and jewelry. They listened to everything I had to say and never stopped smiling. These ladies also were incredibly honest, they were not just trying to make the sale, they were honest in telling me which dress they thought I looked best in. In less than an hour, I had a dress, shoes and jewelry for the wedding and I was so happy. Plus all the sales and discounts going on made the entire outfit so affordable. I know that I will not go to another francesca's after this, if I need an outfit I can go there! You will not be disappointed! Thanks ladies!”
