However, the store itself has been described as super run down, with poor lighting from burnt out fluorescent light tubes. A common complaint is that many needed products are out of stock. I'll be completely honest, Macy's really has been slipping in quality lately, the styles are always there but the materials and countries of origin have been getting poorer and poorer while the prices have been getting higher. I'd definitely prefer paying more money for better non-petroleum based clothes.

The place looks much cleaner now and organized . The collection is better. The changing rooms are nice and clean.
Hard to find staffed billing counters to pay and get stuff. They have a lot of billing counters. But none of them are staffed. I had to walk a floor up and find a person to get my stuff billed.
