“This was my first time visiting a Karl Lagerfeld store in Aurora Premium outlets. I was greeted by salesperson, Jenni. I was in need of a new winter coat since I had lost 75 pounds. Jenni went above and beyond out of her way to find the perfect size in the back. Jenni was so professional, courteous, and kind. I left feeling so happy with my purchase. Jenni also gave me some history about the famous designer, Karl Lagerfeld and how he designed for Chanel and Fendi, etc. I liked my coat so much that I returned the next morning to buy another one. I then had the pleasure of meeting the store manager, Sylvia who was also so nice and helpful. I left with another long champagne winter coat. These coats are very warm and comfortable. I highly recommend visiting this store. Plus they have a great sale. It truly was nice to shop there! This is now one of my favorite stores to go shopping. ?️♥️. It truly was an amazing experience. Thank you to the team of lovely ladies who made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I felt classy, and confident walking out of that store!”
“I had a very difficult time finding a specific size for my head and Sam was able to relate and cover my needs fully. We were able to find XXL size frames that worked and were very comfortable. This is usually very difficult to find online and you usually have to go in store to find a decent fit. They had some in stock and the associate was able to help me fit them. Overall excellent experience.”
“I was searching the internet for a pair of Python Skin Boots with a particular look/color to them. I happened to see them on the Patron Boots Western & Casual Wear website and decided to contact the store for some assistance. A woman by the name of Kim assisted me on the phone and through text. She was a major help and found the boots in stock and took pictures/videos of the different pairs that were in my size. I was able to choose the specific pair I wanted before she quickly shipped them out to me. They just arrived today and they are even better looking in person. I will definitely purchase from Patron Boots Western & Casual Wear again and look forward to getting a matching belt. Thank you for the help Kim!”
“This is our “go-to” place for suits. My son has three suits for school events and competitions, and every one of them was purchased here. I also recommend to get alterations here. Not only is the service fantastic, but also the associates can determine size by sight. And then there is the affordability factor. I cannot recommend Signature for Men enough. If I could six stars, I would.”

“This Macy's is amazing, the staff is understanding, I never do reviews unless they're good or bad, but this is a new level, I love the fact that they organize their clothes by section, it's so nice to make things easier for us, the customer. The perfumes and cologne smell nice, I love the addition of Macy's backstage, it's just better quality. This is a location I would certainly go for my shopping.”

“This store has exceptional customer service, you will be greated when you walk in, asked if you need any assistance throughout, and when you do need assistance, they go the extra mile. Some higher-end Department stores could learn a thing or two about how to treat and help customers here! Shout out to Rich for all his help and advice... This store has a huge selection of Levis, between the styles and sizes, you will find what you want. Their regular pricing is OK, but their sales are great. Oh, and if you get luck you can find incredible deals on clearance. I'm so close to giving this store 5 stars, I may change it. If you are looking for some Levis, this store is a definite must stop!”

“Great selection of Polo, probably one of the largest around. Customer service is good, I was greeted when I walked in and asked if I needed any assistance several times. When I did need assistance they were very helpful. Now for the hard part, pricing is a bit high in my opinion, I don't see a big savings over Department store pricing. But they also have a much larger selection than Department stores, actually, this store has a largest selection of any factory stores I have visited.”

“I have been learning how to braid my hair for the past year. And I’m telling you, this place queens/kings? Is PHENOMENAL. I am here almost every other month, the quality and price of their products are great. Never not used something there that I didn’t like. The one thing that. Gets me is once they run out of product, it’s gone. So if you like something. Stock on it quick! The amount of oils I have from this place, like I thank you.
