“I took my car to the Chevy dealership because my car turned off right after I turned it on. Then it stalled a little. Fortunately Chevy didn’t have time to view my car at the time of the appointment so I headed back home. I checked my mailbox and had an ad for Christian Brothers Automotive. I took it as a sign from God & decided to go. When I got there, Garrett let me know of the full process. I also explained my situation as I am currently in chemo treatment. After the shop did a full bumper to bumper diagnostic, the shop called and gave me an update. The report was thoroughly detailed and included videos and photos. I was going through Carshield and it was extremely challenging to deal with them because of all the back and forth in denials, but Garrett kept advocating for me. He kept me in the loop and was very honest. Although I did have a small out of pocket cost, to no fault of the shop, Christian Brothers has themselves a customer for life. The respect, the care, and the overall experience was a 10/10. I felt like I was being treated like a human being instead of just another repair goal and money grab. A huge thank you to Garrett & the entire Christian Brother Automotive staff. I will be back & if you’re reading this review you should give them a try too. Be blessed.”

“This man is God-like when it comes to these cars!!! Where do I begin…I have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, engine blew a few years ago, installed a new, gentle used motor from a shop that will remain nameless. Couldn’t passed emissions after engine install. Took it to Millenium and corrected the issue and passed the emissions test for me. A couple weeks later started to have engine problems(from engine install). I took it back to Millenium because he was the only mechanic I trusted at this point. After several months of him and me having patience, communication, understanding and a mutual respect for one each other as a working family man…HE GOT THE JOB DONE AGAIN!!! He’s the best mechanic in Aurora, IL and maybe even the world, Craig!!! Thank you so much for repairing my truck, bro. You’ve got my business for now and forever. Thanks again”

“Chris had been super patient with me throughout this entire process. Special thank you to the techs I never saw. I took my 1999 ford ranger in, to get the transmission rebuilt and they absolutely crushed it. It drives basically brand new as if it came straight off the dealership lot 27 years ago. They communicated well with me and took care of all my problems. This shop is for the people. I would be a returning customer but they did such a good job I won’t be coming back until this trucks frame snaps in half or I get a new car. 10/10 recommend getting your vehicle serviced here!!”
