I’ve been shopping there since I was a kid, back when it was Marshall Field’s, so walking in brings back a lot of great memories — especially from high school days.
The people there are what really make the difference. I even recognized one employee from before, and the engagement was super friendly and genuine. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and clearly takes pride in what they do. The store is always well-organized, they’re constantly restocking and straightening things up, and it makes shopping easy and enjoyable.
The clothing selection is top shelf, and we ended up buying our brand-new suits there — couldn’t be happier with the quality and service.

I only gave 4 stars because I am purchasing something 30 minutes before the store closes, I shouldn't be rushed in such a hurry that you forget to take the sensor off my purchased book bag.
