“Ship and Cam in the service department have consistently gone above and beyond to take care of my service emergencies. I needed to clear a fallen tree from my yard before a party this weekend. I asked if they could take a look to see if my Stihl chainsaw issue was a quick fix. Skip was busy when I got there, but asked me a few questions and proceed to do a quick check. As it turned out, it was an operator error. He quickly solve my problem despite having a hot job to complete. Cam was also extremely helpful with a part that i was looking for. Again, problem solved. I have been coming to this particular Big R since I moved back to the area after retiring from the Navy. I have never had any issues with getting the best service from any department.
