“Ship and Cam in the service department have consistently gone above and beyond to take care of my service emergencies. I needed to clear a fallen tree from my yard before a party this weekend. I asked if they could take a look to see if my Stihl chainsaw issue was a quick fix. Skip was busy when I got there, but asked me a few questions and proceed to do a quick check. As it turned out, it was an operator error. He quickly solve my problem despite having a hot job to complete. Cam was also extremely helpful with a part that i was looking for. Again, problem solved. I have been coming to this particular Big R since I moved back to the area after retiring from the Navy. I have never had any issues with getting the best service from any department. This is definitely my go to service department for all things property maintenance equipment and service! Thank you Skip and Cam!! Well done!”
