“I went to this store to buy a replacement cabinet hinge. They didn’t have what I needed but they went out of their way to find a local store that carried the item. They called the store and printed out the exact product I needed. If they were this helpful in finding a product from a local competitor, I can only imagine how helpful they would be if I was their customer.

“Came here looking for a mantle. Pat showed us around, explained sizes and finishes to us. Let us look around and once we found one we thought was perfect for our home, he answered our questions, had the wood cut to size, checked us out, and loaded it up into our car for us. The different types of wood and decor they have here are vintage and beautiful. Service here was exceptional. We will definitely be back for our future needs.”

“We headed to RH Outlet on a Saturday in search of a king sized bed frame. We were greeted and helped by Howard, who was wonderful - polite and helpful. We found a bed we liked for a great price and we used one of the 3rd party delivery recos they provided. The transporit movers were excellent and everything went extremely smoothly! The gallery and selection are huge and this is definitely worth checking out. Just remember you'll have to pay a bit extra for delivery if you don't have a large vehicle. Totally worth it in my opinion!”

“I don’t usually write online reviews for quick retail runs, but the incredible service I received at the Long Grove Menards deserves to be called out. In a world where big-box stores often ignore you unless you're dropping thousands of dollars, this team proved that every single customer matters. I bought a couple small items being electrical outlets and hardware to finish a small project and the staff here was incredibly helpful (Robert and Sean). Store was also very clean and insanely organized. Bye bye Home Depot!!! Menards just earned another repeat customer”
“First time trying out their dog wash today.I'm very Happy I did! it's very clean, the staff was super nice and accommodating. I like that they have raised wash areas and grooming areas to dry the dogs, good water pressure, hoses that you can change the stream and decent dryers. They supply some of the different shampoos that they carry I did try their sensitive one and so far it seems to have caused no irritation for a very sensitive skin dog. I like that they supply more than one towel like some other places do.
Tractor supply company is a little gym in Carpentersville that I often forget about and every time I go I really like it. They hire friendly staff and it's always clean and they have a lot of variety.”

“Tom at the Lake Zurich Rental center really helped me out. I was planning on renting a sewer rodding machine because my shower was backing up. After listening to my issue tom suggested the issue was in my septic field. Turns out I took the cover off and the tank was totally full. Tom chose to help me solve my problem over the phone instead of just trying to rent me a piece of equipment. I will think of this rental department whenever I need another tool to rent. Thanks again TOM!”

I was searching for a Twp 1500 Series, Cedar Tone product. I live in Schaumburg and the Palatine location was the only store that had any in stock. I spoke to Will on the phone and he was wonderful. I drove almost 20 miles and Will was so informative, he had set 5 gallons aside and helped load it in my car. Great employee and I’d drive that distance to the store anytime. Thanks Will. “Great home depot. Love the smell of it when I first walk in the store. Last year got me and my mom a above ground planter the we put hurbs in (plant didn't survive though because we lwk suck at gardening noy the point anyway) it was great for that. We also redid some of my backyard near my back door and replaced some of it with Vargo rocks with there lawn cloth at the bottom and hydrangea plants that are thriving. All of this we got from this home depot and they for shure live up to there slogan...this home depot let's the doers get more done. The staff there is also really nice in storeand in the gardening section...one time I needed to find chain oil and i couldn't find it until one pf the many helpful
people there helped me find it. Over all 11/10”
