“I knew, when I made the appointment, that this would go well because I was asked detailed and relevant questions. This groomer is careful about dog interaction and their vaccine status.My dog is a 40lb Belgian Groenendael. She is not easy to groom. She gets a shield of matting after a while. After her groom, I can feel every inch of her skin. She is so soft! And beautiful! I highly recommend.”

“Wendy is an amazing groomer and I will aways take my elderly dog to her. She is kind and gentle with her, as she needs that kind of attention. She is a gem and extremely easy to work with! They are easy to communicate with and book appointments with. Kriser's helps me carry my purchases out and goes out of their way to assist.”

“I took my EXTREMELY anxious and nervous dog to get a much needed, very overdue groom today. There were 3 girls working in the grooming salon today and they were all so incredibly sweet, patient, and gentle with my pup. They gave me a suggestion on a date and time to book to avoid as much commotion as possible. They allowed me to stay for a bit to get my dog eased in and more comfortable upon arrival, and also did an amazing job on her bath, trim, etc. My dog was so happy and excited when I came to pick her up which was a great green flag. Upon checking out, the cashier was very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you for taking such good care of my girl!!”

He called an associate at the store and they found the leaf spring he needed. They were willing to stay a little after closing time if needed so we could make the long trip there to pick it up. “Staff genuinely cares about animals. The reviews of people being upset by staff asking questions about animal setups prior to purchase should be thankful they are asking questions, and just not blinding handing animals out. Industrial sized filter systems allow for more fish to be housed at a time temporarily (petco only provides temporary homes). Those upset by fish questions when trying to purchase fish need to be more mindful and acknowledge its because the staff wants the animals to have the best chance at survival.”

This is a wonderful place. My husband and I were deciding between adopting another furball or another feathery friend.. a red factor conure stole our hearts almost immediately and shortly after Erin came over and assisted us. It was our first time here and she made the experience great. This place is great because the pets are in open spaces so they are socialized well! The animals are happy to interact with people and are happier than other places who keep their pets isolated behind glass and away from each other and visitors.
I have been to many pet stores and have been to specific bird places.. this one takes the cake. (I’ve never had such a happy bird so quickly!)
I overheard staff (namely Eric and Manager Victoria) advising people on pets that are appropriate given living situations and experience levels - they REALLY care about the animals and finding a good fit for people (to avoid having a return situation).
Most places don’t care and just sell an animal without a thought or any questions - here they will speak with you to figure out what’s the best fit for you and for the animal. (Please don’t be offended or go somewhere else because they advise you against what you want - they know what’s best here.)
I really enjoyed being able to interact with multiple different pets and being introduced to some of the larger parrots they had.
The staff also know everything about each animal. This place cares and these animals are in good hands.
My husband and I found our forever go-to-place!
Side note: could possibly be pricey for birds/animals but they’re the most SOCIALIZED pets you’ll come to find from a store - it’s 100% worth every penny.”

“I like this store a lot and I bought lots home furnishing items from it. They help me carry a rug to my car before.
But today I went to return two items and this staff looked at me and pointed at everything behind him and said, if you can find a spot to put these on that shelf, I will process your return. He wasn’t joking or just trying to be funny. Not nice. He did process my return but why do you have to say that to me. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed but why take it out on me.”
“Have used them exclusively since my previous dog was diagnosed with EPI. All my dogs since then have experienced great results and excellent health and weight. Hint: I even use the food as training treats- so far the dogs haven’t caught on.”

“Great pet store, the employees seem to really care about the pets they are selling. Except for the betta fish. They seem to get a large shipment of them in and they just let the die slowly in the tiny clear plastic containers I’m sure everyone’s seen. It’s sad. Wish they could do something about that.”
