“During my recent visit to CVS Pharmacy , I noticed a lack of a welcoming presence at the entrance, leaving customers without a greeting. Despite a reduced staff presence, those on duty were notably helpful, offering assistance when needed. The store's layout was well-organized, contributing to a seamless shopping experience. I appreciated the presence of good deals throughout the store, adding value to my purchases. However, a notable downside was observed on the right side of the entrance. Items were haphazardly placed, both in and out of a cart, with some products marked at a 50% discount. This aspect of the store appeared disorganized and created an unpleasant visual impression for customers entering. Improving the presentation of discounted items in this area could enhance the overall aesthetics and customer experience.I liked Christmas decoration in store”

“This is an update as of September, 2022. In my previous review, I gave this store a rating of 3; and I scored it that high only because of the excellent pharmacist and staff. I am delighted to say I can now give it a 5 star rating! There is a new store manager who has re-instituted the outstanding service I had come to expect from my CVS. Customers may once again experience its exceptionally warm, friendly, welcoming staff; as well as an appealing, well maintained store that offers an excellent array of well stocked product lines, with frequent promotions.The new manager has also created new, attractive displays of products that are likely to appeal to customers.I notice some disparaging reviews of the pharmacy, itself. I have always found the pharmacists and their staff to be friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. My prescriptions are always ready on time, as promised; and they will work on my behalf to sort out any problems with my doctor. My family and I have never experienced any difficulty scheduling flu and Covid vaccinations. Hence, I am happy to give this CVS my highest rating!Previous Review: (3 Stars)I have been a loyal customer of this store since it opened. Until VERY recently I have loved shopping there and recommended it to family and friends. The thing I most appreciated about it was its warm, friendly, welcoming staff, and exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, there has been enormous staff turnover and the appointment of new manager who is very rude and refuses to check customers out at the register. The one remaining bright spot is the excellent pharmacist and her dwindling staff -- who continue provide the outstanding service. Henceforth, I am only using the pharmacy. I am sadly taking my shopping elsewhere.”

“I am not one to write a review of a pharmacy, but I have been going to the pharmacy at this Walgreens for years, and they are truly amazing. Of particular note is Pam who goes way beyond what is hoped for from a pharmacy employee. She is simply amazing! I have no idea how she stays so cheery. Thank you Pam! The rest of the staff is wonderful as well, and even though I may have to wait at times, I never feel like I am being rushed or dismissed. They are all easy to work with, answer questions with patience and professionalism, and I truly appreciate their dedication.”
