“I received a pleasant surprise from the store manager Ernest today. I placed a curbside pick up order for New Year’s Eve, which was disappointing with some moldy bread and rotten vegetables. I called Customer service and they immediately refunded me for the items. But Ernest called me a week later and asked me to contact him when I arrived for my next curbside pick up. So at today’s curbside pick up, I asked for Ernest and he met me at the door and handed me a gift card for the shopping experience I had New Year’s Eve. This is why I continue to shop at the store. The quality of food is always excellent and curbside pick up is always a wonderful experience. It was a fluke and I understand it happens. Ernest made sure that I knew that customers are important at this location and took care of me in a wonderful unexpected way. Thank you, Ernest for making sure your customers are happy. I will continue shopping at this store and look forward to the great items I purchase and pleasant interactions I have with the employees who load my car and the wonderful management, taking care of any unsavory situations that are brought to their attention. The staff and pharmacists working there are friendly and always hustling when I’ve been there. Any issues I’ve experienced are usually from my doctor’s office honestly. Nothing but good experiences with this staff and they are kind, prompt and helpful. Keep it up guys!”
