“I called the store asking if they carried gait belts. The guy I spoke to wasn't sure so he went to check and told me they did. I ended the call before he could ask if I wanted him to hold it for me. I arrived to the store with within an hour of the phone call and went looking for the belt but couldn't find it so I found an employee, who turned out to be the one I had talked to. Without me asking him to do so, he took the initiative to pull the product from the shelf to hold it for me, not even knowing if I were going to show up or not. Very grateful! Thank you!”
