Circle K usually isn’t the kind of place you think, “Wow, I gotta leave a review,” but this one deserves it. Rod, the guy behind the counter, is a gem. He’s the kind of person who makes you feel welcome the second you walk in — personable, friendly, and actually takes the time to treat you like a human being instead of just rushing you through a transaction. Honestly, he’s the reason I’ll keep stopping here.
And let’s talk about the perks: they had 50% off candy. Not “a few random leftovers” either — actual good candy. It felt like winning the gas station lottery. Between Rod’s personality and the unexpected deals, this Circle K turned what should’ve been a boring pit stop into something I’ll go out of my way for.

“Lovely staff and well arranged layout with the typical CVS brands, popular road trip treats, and hilariously overpriced Dubai chocolate, who is spending $15 for a cocoa bar?! I did find a small decent discounted electrolyte water but a bummer there was so much else without any real sales to speed along loyalty and avoid throwing expiring goods away.”
