I found this place when I was looking for a place that doesn't overcharge me for packing. Not only do they have fair prices, the packing itself is very well done and they can ship USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL and possibly more all from the store! You just give them the label, they pack it, and then you leave!
They specialize in shipping sensitive equipment, like medical devices, too! They can also custom make boxes and crates.”

I print a lot of materials from Canva, and they always make sure everything comes out perfectly. If any adjustments are needed, they fix them right away. My mom and I also sell items on Mercari, so we ship packages from this location often, and the process is always quick and easy.

“This is a shoutout to Owen at the UPS store in Fox River Grove. He was two weeks on the job and running the place ALONE! We brought him five large boxes three of which he had to pack. He was handling incoming patrons, trying to finish our boxes and answering phones and questions. It was a super busy day and he handled the work and himself very well. Shame on management for not having two people in the store. One for additional help and one for your employees safety.”

I have worked with Joyce, Brent, Kathy, and Chris over my couple of visits and all have been professional. I will certainly continue to use them for special occasions knowing how consistent they are.
