“I had purchased a new I phone air from a corporate Verizon store because my old phone screen didn’t work. I had an old phone and dreading changing it. Always issues with salesman at corporate store trying to make a deal. Well I was above frustrated that corporate store they would not help me transfer data because I cloud password was unknown. All I needed to do was reset it. I walked into this store twice and each time the managers on both days went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues. They both were patient understanding and told me there is a way my data will be transferred to my new phone. It meant a lot to me because my father passed away several years ago and have last phone messages saved. The manager that works on Sunday is actually amazing. Very tentative to the customers needs. He really took time and was able to take care of other customers along with training new staff and help me! Thank you so much for having great staff! It really makes a difference in corporate store and your store! ?”

“I’ve lived here for awhile, and this is definitely our go to spot. Unfortunately for midnight snacks you have to be cautions because of some of the people who are around the store at night. Outside of that the staff is always super cool and helpful.”

“The employee that works here is an older woman, and she’s usually here in the evenings when I go here for orders. She’s very polite and most certainly cares about her customers and probably deals with a lot of crap from customers. I wanted to write this review for her. She individually wrapped and bagged all the customer’s items, so they would remain fresh and not spoil during delivery. She took extra care and time to make sure each order I’ve had with this 7/11 is safe and ready for drop off on time.”

“The owner of this 7/11 knows how to manage the business and does a really good job of keeping the store clean. I’ve never had an issue with this location. I’ve always received excellent service and enjoy coming to this location. The employees wear masks and follow covid guidelines and it makes me feel safe whenever I enter.”
