Once we made the selection, she was tremendously helpful in getting the new phone activated and info transferred over. Went in the store, and he was very accommodating. Waved his hand and it was like he was saying, come here I'll fix whatever problems you have with your phone even before I opened my mouth. Told him my problem. He took my phone and in less than 3 minutes phone was fixed.
He was knowledgeable but most importantly his demeanor was very good. He treated me the way he wanted to be treated as human being. Friendly, respectful, amazing.
