I went ahead and ordered one and will wait to buy the other. However, every time I have been there, 3-4 times over the last 3-4 months, they have never had it in stock. βWhen my brother's trailer broke down near the Indiana border, the only store within 2 hours that was still open until 9pm was this Tractor Supply. He called an associate at the store and they found the leaf spring he needed. They were willing to stay a little after closing time if needed so we could make the long trip there to pick it up. We cannot express enough our appreciation for this store's associate for going the extra mile for us during an emergency!β

The turnaround was quick, which was especially important given the cold weather and the fact that this repair was for my elderly neighbor, who was very thankful for the prompt service.

βGreat place for DIY & GC's looking for a solid selection random items to finish that home improvement project you have. This place also has a pretty decent select of home furnishings from time to time, obviously if you find something you like you'd best purchase it right away as it will most likely be sold soon.β

βAce Hardware in St. Charles really is the place with helpful hardware people! And they are all so friendly and knowledgeable. Itβs also my go to place for keys made correctly (I never have success with those machines that supposedly cut keys for you), glass cut, and screen repairs. Each Ace has its own specialty items it sells, and this Ace has exceptional items I canβt find anywhere else. Iβm also talking about the βimpulseβ aisle you go through just to get to the registers that has lots of items you didnβt even know they made or needed! Haha. I always find something here that wasnβt even why I came here in the 1st place! But I really like that, and the chit chats with the staff. Highly recommend a trip here when you need help or an odd item, because if you canβt find it, the staff will recommend an alternative for your project. Kudos!β
βKurt was excellent st explaining the carpet, pads, delivery time. Measurer came out. We went back to the store to order. The design team gave us out lay out options for the room to minimize carpet waste.
It was a very great buying experience. The installation team of Audi and Tony from Superior was in fact superior. Will be using Hone Depot again for our flooring needs.β

βThey are rearranging everything but I love going to the hardware store β€οΈ. A little messy but I don't mind. I tend to hunt down the older people because they know better where things. Nothing against the youth. It takes a lot of time to find anything when it's all moved around ?β
βThey had most of the stuff for prep work before major floor refinishing. Good service from the young staff, but typically nobody seems to have any deeper knowledge.β
βJohn and Tony, who drive the forklift in the yard, were very helpful to me. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. I needed a total of 34 bags of river rock loaded into my car, which I could never have done on my own. Very grateful they were there and so willing to help. Please add Luke to the list of good guys who know what theyβre doing and provide great help when you need it.β
βChris T is a true asset ... The transition from Don jon to Aramsco was such a pain in the ass that I wasnt going to continue doing business with them. We specialize in Mold Remediation so we need a reliable source for P.P.E , specialized equipment & chemicals. His customer service & knowledge of the products was worth a 2nd chance and NOW, our loyalty. Thats no b.s, I was impressed.

While the prices may not always be the lowest, theyβre competitive enough, and the service more than makes up for it. The employees are always helpful, guiding me to exactly what I need. Staff is friendly and helpful. The management appears to truly care about their team. I've personally witnessed two moral building activities by management at this location. Happy employees leads to positive customer experience.
The store is always clean and I can find people to help me when I have a question.
When I use the curbside pick up the employees always great me warmly, some even engage in friendly conversation. I have called management on two occasions to express how positive my experience their store has been. Once the manager said he was going to buy lunch for the employee I spoke of.
Other Home Depot locations are closer to me, but I go to Bloomingdale Home Depot for the customer service.β
