“Great people to work and do business with. We have been customers of Xclutel for awhile, but with remote work growing, we wanted to take our business to the next level. Microsoft teams was not very compatible with our system, but the new web based phone system that Xclutel offers is fantastic. Bill and Paul gave me an excellent demo that really made the final decision about giving it a go. It is a little more money monthly, but nothing compares to being able to take our call center phone calls from practically anywhere in the world. So with that being said, it is paying for itself with the advanced options we were given. We have one remote worker and a very small call center- and now our remote worker can easily take calls right along with the in office girls with such ease! David offered phones in store and directed us to one in another store that worked better for me and my needs and put the sim card in and its worked perfectly since. “Recently switched from AT&T to Verizon. Stopped in the Hoffman Estates store just to get some information - but ended up walking out with five new phones! Angel and Doug were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. The switch went smoothly overall. I did run into a couple minor issues with some phone functions, but went back to the store and Angel quickly resolved everything. Great customer service and a very positive experience!!”

From the moment we walked in, she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a complicated switch incredibly easy.

“I just wanted to express my deep appreciation to the 3 customer service gentlemen who were able to get my phone synched Thursday night after I changed my password and didn’t understand the warning message I received. For a senior, operating an iPhone feels like learning a second language and it is extremely frustrating to navigate my way through a sea of instructions on the website. Even though I had a hard time even articulating my problem to them, once they looked at my phone they were able to erase the warning. Please know how grateful I am for your patience and help.”

I went to this store for questions regarding my bill and wanting savings, Chris gave me details on how I could get the most out of my plan that I was changed to, helping me maximize my dollar! He smelled amazing and expensive. I'm not sure what the abusive reviews are from Demi and her obvious family but there seems like an ulterior motive based on the patterns I'm seeing. “I came in today to get a replacement for my phone, because my screen had gotten badly cracked yesterday and I was overdue for an upgrade. As someone who's been doing this song and dance every few years for almost two decades now, I'm used to this taking well over an hour or longer.
Jeremy walked up and helped me right away, was able to get me out of the store in less than 30 minutes, and helped me get a really nice phone. He was able to answer my questions on what make/model would be the best fit, which had a longer battery life, and if the UI of the phone I chose would be close enough to my previous one. He also saw that I had an outdated plan and was able to upgrade me to a better one that was a few dollars cheaper.
Truly, this was THE best experience I've ever had getting a new phone and I would recommend Jeremy to anyone going into the store. I'm glad to know there's a store in the area where I can go when I need to do this again without any hassle.”

“I have been with this data center for over 7 years and had the pleasure of visiting the center. As a QSA auditor for the PCI-PSA I have to say this datacenter is top notch and they follow all security protocols. I was very impressed. The IT support is beyond reproach, during the 7 years I cannot recall any substantial outage, I feel they were up well over 99.9 %. But... my only issue is that consider your gear to be on a one way trip, since there is no process in place that will make easy to retrieve equipment you are on your own. I myself had to fly to the datacenter to retrieve our servers.”
