“Great people to work and do business with. We have been customers of Xclutel for awhile, but with remote work growing, we wanted to take our business to the next level. Microsoft teams was not very compatible with our system, but the new web based phone system that Xclutel offers is fantastic. Bill and Paul gave me an excellent demo that really made the final decision about giving it a go. It is a little more money monthly, but nothing compares to being able to take our call center phone calls from practically anywhere in the world. So with that being said, it is paying for itself with the advanced options we were given. We have one remote worker and a very small call center- and now our remote worker can easily take calls right along with the in office girls with such ease! This has taken our business to the next level and is just what we needed for all the technology/remote changes that are happening in today's workplace. Luis spent an incredible amount of time helping me through a setup that was anything but simple. I had to come in many times due to the complexity and strict requirements, and every single visit Luis was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. He never rushed me, always explained things clearly, and genuinely cared about getting everything done the right way.
Sig was also friendly and supportive, and Luis truly went above and beyond. This is honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, not just with T-Mobile but anywhere. “Recently switched from AT&T to Verizon. Stopped in the Hoffman Estates store just to get some information - but ended up walking out with five new phones! Angel and Doug were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. The switch went smoothly overall. I did run into a couple minor issues with some phone functions, but went back to the store and Angel quickly resolved everything. Great customer service and a very positive experience!!”

“I came in today to get a replacement for my phone, because my screen had gotten badly cracked yesterday and I was overdue for an upgrade. As someone who's been doing this song and dance every few years for almost two decades now, I'm used to this taking well over an hour or longer.
Jeremy walked up and helped me right away, was able to get me out of the store in less than 30 minutes, and helped me get a really nice phone. He was able to answer my questions on what make/model would be the best fit, which had a longer battery life, and if the UI of the phone I chose would be close enough to my previous one. He also saw that I had an outdated plan and was able to upgrade me to a better one that was a few dollars cheaper.
Truly, this was THE best experience I've ever had getting a new phone and I would recommend Jeremy to anyone going into the store. I'm glad to know there's a store in the area where I can go when I need to do this again without any hassle.”
“Had a great experience. Michael A was super helpful and kind. I was greeted when I walked in and they had amazing cowgirl hats. And a great selection overall. I loved that the balloon counter was seperate from the check out. Very clean and organized as well. Tons of different candies. Worth the drive! Update: came back to get some cool stuff and I totally understand the other reviews. It’s is a Saturday Morning so I get being a little less enthusiastic. No smiles in sight but helpful and greeting. Party City however charges per balloon to inflate for prepackaged latex balloons….. and for that my 5/5 star review is now a 3.5/5 at best. Not cool, Party City!”

“I had purchased a new I phone air from a corporate Verizon store because my old phone screen didn’t work. I had an old phone and dreading changing it. Always issues with salesman at corporate store trying to make a deal. Well I was above frustrated that corporate store they would not help me transfer data because I cloud password was unknown. All I needed to do was reset it. I walked into this store twice and each time the managers on both days went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues. They both were patient understanding and told me there is a way my data will be transferred to my new phone. It meant a lot to me because my father passed away several years ago and have last phone messages saved. The manager that works on Sunday is actually amazing. Very tentative to the customers needs. He really took time and was able to take care of other customers along with training new staff and help me! Thank you so much for having great staff! It really makes a difference in corporate store and your store! ?”
