He not only found the used part and had it shipped to the store, but he also gave me a very fair price on the labor. When I went to pick it up and pay for it, he knocked off a few more dollars. “I live in Chicago and came out to see my parents and get my brakes and rotors done on my Civic Aka “ Little White Tiger” ??My first impression was satisfying , Theattention to detail was genuine, professional, and caring. One of the Patrick’s took care of me ( Pat with the glasses ?) funny guy by the way ….which made my service with them even better. Patrick took the time to explain everything to me in detail, I had allot of questions and he was very patient with me , lord knows I can talk …. He did and excellent job and put my mind at ease.I like the text messages with pictures of the work on the car and the ability to discuss recommendations and possible needs. I also had my brake fluid done along with new windshield wiper blades. All for a fair price …. For good service, it’s worth the drive …. Dimitri is so honest and never tries to push anything I don’t need like a dealer typically does. Prices are very reasonable as well unlike a dealer. All 4 are higher end vehicles that are higher maintenance and pricey repairs which, definitely add up over time. I know whatever he’s suggesting is something my car needs and trust him completely.
