Chad Terlinde is a great service advisor , and if you have questions about anything concerning your vehicle, Chad will listen and explain what is going on and if further service is needed. I trust his judgement. Also, same with Eric Stahl. I trust his knowledge with Toyota products. Great people !!”

“Great experience with this car rental company. Even with a late-night airport arrival after midnight, there was still someone at the desk, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The desk agent was courteous, respectful, and polite. We also had questions about our rental over the phone, and the support was outstanding—honestly a 12/10 experience. “Bought a brand new Honda Oddessey converted BraunAbility van from Personal Mobility a few years ago. Prior to that, they serviced our previous van same kind. My husband and I love Chad all these years. He definitely knows what he's doing as a technician.
Yesterday we had our van there and again he did amazing work and reasonable priced.

“I was placed in an extended rental for work for a few months. The staff was very professional and detailed oriented. My car was ready and clean. I wanted to upgrade my vehicle after a couple of weeks and they quickly found a vehicle more suited for my needs. They addressed me by my name which made me feel like VIP! “One thing I appreciated the most about Avis was that on their website/app unlike their competitors who twice have let me reserve and confirm two different cars that they never had at the location and didn’t let me know both instances until two hours before each trip, Avis actually states if that car is available at the location or if it’s it’s just currently sold out. I rented a suv 08-17-25 The lady behind the counter was nice. Fair price and the suv was in immaculate shape. Definitely will rent with Avis again.”
