His patience with me as I drove a few different models and the time he took in explaining the different features and facts about each model was much appreciated. He is making himself available for me to come back in as I need to ask questions about how to use all of the safety alerts; etc. Overall, it has been a pleasant and stress free experience.”
“I came in for a no cost tire rotation because I bought tires there at Forts. My vehicle was taken in pretty quickly, and I was out in a very short time. I always feel well treated at Forts. Chad Terlinde is a great service advisor , and if you have questions about anything concerning your vehicle, Chad will listen and explain what is going on and if further service is needed. I trust his judgement. Also, same with Eric Stahl. I trust his knowledge with Toyota products. Great people !!”

“MARK is a super hero here at this airport. This guy literally single handedly runs that front counter. Our flight was about 4 hours delayed and arrived at the airport way after closing time. MARK stayed back till this final flight came in and made my rental process super seamless. Even at the drop off he was just as accommodating. 5 star service”

One complaint is that this location does not fill the gas tank, so you must return it at the level it was when you started rental. This is a real pain - you have to estimate how much to put in before returning instead of just filling.”

“One thing I appreciated the most about Avis was that on their website/app unlike their competitors who twice have let me reserve and confirm two different cars that they never had at the location and didn’t let me know both instances until two hours before each trip, Avis actually states if that car is available at the location or if it’s it’s just currently sold out. I rented a suv 08-17-25 The lady behind the counter was nice. Fair price and the suv was in immaculate shape. Definitely will rent with Avis again.”
