“This is by far one of the nicest Dollar Generals I have been in. The store is well stocked, very clean, and the staff are very friendly. The manager is amazing and is always there working.”
“Very crowded parking lot! Most traffic for Kroger, Kroger Pharmacy & Kroger gas pumps. There is also a McDonalds, a donut shop, Good Tequilas restaurant. Very congested, especially getting in & out of the parking lot into Garfield Avenue!”

Some how my pickup order was missing a bunch of items. She spoke with me for a long time on the phone trying to figure out what happened. She then gave me her personal number so I can text her all my missing items, made appropriate substitutions (or offered credit towards next purchase but subs were fine). She apologized again and wanted to make things right. She was so sweet and so genuine!! I love great customer service!”

“The Bartonville store is very clean and the staff is on the ball. The only thing I was disappointed in is that the self service kiosks only take cards and if you have to pay with cash, you have to go to the cashier.”
